What it covers

Remote installation on your instance
Credential and endpoint configuration for the external service

Connection testing against the vendor, before go-live
Testing of the main workflows end to end
A short written handover, including what you must renew or rotate

What you need to have ready

The module licence, bought from the Odoo Apps Store into your own account
Administrator access to the Odoo instance, for the session
A maintenance window if the instance is in production
An active account with the external service, and its credentials
Whatever the external service requires of you — certificates, registrations, approvals

What it does not cover

Changes to the module’s behaviour for your own requirements
Data import, data cleaning or historical back-fill
Anything the external vendor charges for — certificates, accounts, gateway fees
Approval by the external party: we configure and test, they decide
Work on your Odoo, your server or other vendors’ modules

Prices exclude any tax that applies where you are. We will tell you before you pay if any is due.
Module licences are bought from the Odoo Apps Store into your own account, so you own them outright and keep them whatever happens to this engagement.
A support plan adds to what you already have. It never replaces it: defect fixes and help with the module stay free for every licence holder, plan or no plan.

How payment works today

Online card payment is not live on this site yet. We create the order now, send an invoice and a payment link, and start once it is settled. We would rather tell you that here than show you a checkout button that does not work.
