How it runs
Day 1
A 45-minute call. Security & Audit Center goes onto your instance, and we set it up for your business rather than for a demo: which models and fields count as sensitive, which changes should raise an alert, what an unusual export looks like for you, and who should receive what.
Days 2-4
Nothing to do at your end. The module records activity, sensitive-field changes, exports, sessions and access-rights changes as they actually happen. This window is why the review is not an afternoon: a score built from three days of your real traffic means something, and one built from an empty database does not.
Day 5
You get a document, not a dashboard screenshot: your security score, every finding ranked heaviest first, what each one means in the context of your business, and what to do about it in what order. Findings we consider low-priority are in there too, marked as such.
Day 5
Sixty minutes, with whoever is accountable in the room. We go through the findings, argue about the priorities, and agree what you are actually going to do. Most of the value shows up in this hour.
After
The licence is yours, the configuration stays, and the module keeps monitoring and alerting after we have gone. Thirty days of follow-up questions by email are included.
What this review is not
Worth reading before you buy rather than after. A security product is a claim about trustworthiness, and the fastest way for us to lose that is to let you believe you bought something you did not.
What we need from you
Not sure you need this yet? The free Odoo Security Assessment asks twelve questions and scores your answers the same way the module scores a database. It costs nothing, collects nothing, and is a reasonable way to find out whether this is worth $529 to you.

Because then it is yours. You buy the $79 licence on the Odoo Apps Store, in your own Odoo account, and you keep it whether or not you ever work with us again - along with the store's own updates and its refund policy. Bundling it would mean sublicensing you something through us, which is worse for you in every scenario except the one where we want the relationship to be hard to leave.
$529. That is the $450 review fee plus the $79 module licence you buy directly from Odoo. There is no third number later.
Then you have evidence instead of a hope, which is what you were buying. The price is fixed either way - it is not contingent on how bad the news is, because a review whose fee depends on finding problems has a reason to find them.
We need the module installed and running on the instance whose activity you want reviewed - a staging copy will not show you your real traffic. Scoped access is enough; we do not need administrator rights beyond installing and configuring the module, and we do not export your data.
Usually, and it is quoted separately once we both know the size of it. Quoting remediation before the review would mean guessing, and a guess large enough to be safe is a guess large enough to be wrong.
Not yet. Security & Audit Center is published for Odoo 18 today. Builds for 17 and 19 are in preparation and we are deliberately not claiming support until they are tested. Tell us which you need and we will tell you honestly where it stands.
If it cannot be installed for a technical reason we did not flag before you paid, the review fee is refunded in full. The module licence is between you and the Odoo Apps Store, under their refund terms.
Then the fixed price stops being the honest one. Get in touch and we will quote the actual scope - the shape of the engagement is the same, it just takes longer.
