3. Product data

Our Odoo products run inside your own instance. Audit and activity data they generate stays in your database and is never transmitted to TechnoVision.

4. Retention

Enquiry and support correspondence is retained for as long as needed to answer it and to meet record-keeping obligations, then deleted. Analytics data, where consented, is retained in aggregate form only.

5. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal data we hold about you, and you may withdraw analytics consent at any time from the cookie settings on this site.
