We do not make everything. Where somebody else’s module is the right answer, a reader should be able to find it here rather than discover later that we hid the alternative.
The directory is empty
What it costs
A directory with nothing in it is worth nothing to anybody, so the basic listing is free and stays free. What you can pay for is position, and anything you pay for is labelled.
Free
Your module in the directory, with a description, a link and your own page. Free, and it stays free.
$29/month
Placed above the directory with a larger card, and labelled Sponsored. Cancel any month.
Ask us
A labelled slot on the homepage. Priced per enquiry because it depends on how much space, and we will not sell more than one at a time.
Ask us
We write about your module honestly, label it Sponsored, and publish it even if the conclusion is mixed. Priced per piece because the work varies.
Ask us
A fixed fee per enquiry we pass to you, agreed in advance. Priced per arrangement because what counts as qualified has to be defined first.
What we ask
How review works
Every listing is read by a person before it appears — we do not publish submissions automatically, and nothing you send is visible to anybody until it has been approved. Expect a reply within 2 business days, including if the answer is no.
There is no vendor dashboard. Submissions and questions go by email to a person, which is slower than a portal and more honest than showing you one that does not work yet.
Plain text only — no HTML, and we will tell you if something cannot be accepted rather than silently dropping it.
FAQ
Because a visitor looking for a module we do not make will find one somewhere, and they would rather find it here. A directory that only contains our own modules is a catalogue, and nobody bookmarks a catalogue.
No, and the label says so. We read the listing, check the link goes where it says, and ask about anything that reads like a claim rather than a description. That is review, not testing, and conflating the two would be the dishonest part.
Up to two business days, including if the answer is no. We reply either way rather than leaving a submission in silence.
It moves a Featured listing above the directory and labels it Sponsored. It changes nothing about the order of anything that is not labelled, and it does not affect our own product pages. If paid placement quietly reordered the unpaid list, the unpaid list would be worthless and so would the paid one.
Yes. We would rather a reader compared them honestly than found out later that we hid the alternative. We will not write the comparison for you.
A dead link, a description that turns out not to match the module, claims you cannot evidence, or anything undisclosed that the module does. Anybody can report a listing and a person reads the report — a report on its own does not take anything down, because a form is not a moderation system.
If you implement Odoo for clients, the partner programme is a better fit than a directory listing.
Found a listing that is wrong or misleading? Tell us with the module name and what is wrong. A person reads every report. A report on its own does not remove anything — a form is not a moderation system — but a dead link or a claim that does not hold up will.
