You get a structured report: your requirement restated as scope, the modules we have already built that cover part of it, a preliminary range with the reasoning shown, and the questions that decide the real price. Not “contact us for a quote”.

The requirement box is the one that matters. Everything else is a dropdown, and everything else is optional.
FAQ
You are not paying for the estimate — that part is rules reading a form, and the range is wide on purpose. You are paying for the list of questions that decide the price, and for somebody to say which parts of your requirement we have already built. If you go ahead within 30 days the fee comes off the first invoice, so it costs nothing in the case where it works.
By rules, not by a model and not by a person. Your text is read for the things that reliably make Odoo work bigger — an integration, a data migration, a compliance regime, volume, multi-company — and each one moves the job up a band. The report lists every signal that fired and why, so you can check the reasoning rather than take the number on trust.
Once the open questions are answered, usually yes, and in writing. Before then, no — a fixed price given without the answers is either padded or wrong, and both of those cost you. The consultation exists to close those questions in an hour rather than over three weeks of email.
No. There is no AI provider configured, and the report is produced by deterministic rules so the same requirement always produces the same answer and every line can be traced to something you wrote. If that changes, a model would be allowed to improve the wording and never to move a figure.
It is stored, a report is generated, and a person reads both. It is not shared with anyone outside TechnoVision, and it is not used to train anything. If you would rather not put it in a form, email info@technovision.dev instead.
By email, yes. This form deliberately has no upload control: accepting files means content validation, size limits and malware scanning, and shipping half of that would be worse than asking you to email them. Name the files on the form and send them with your reference.
The free enquiry is a real option and a person answers it. Nobody has to buy a report to get a reply.
