1. Scope

These terms cover use of technovision.dev. Software products and engagements are governed separately by their own licence agreement or statement of work, which takes precedence where the two differ.

2. Use of the site

The site is provided for information. You may not attempt to disrupt it, access it by automated means at a rate that degrades it for others, or misrepresent your identity when submitting an enquiry.

3. Intellectual property

The TechnoVision name, logo, brand system and site content are owned by TechnoVision. Client-owned material appears only with permission. Code written under an engagement belongs to the client from the first commit, as stated in the engagement terms.

4. No warranty on site content

Site content is provided as-is and may change without notice. It is not advice for a specific situation, and does not create an engagement or a commitment on either side.
