Not estimated until the prerequisites are checked. Whether the taxpayer profile carries the B2C tag, whether an eSeal certificate exists, and how many item codes need mapping each move the work by days rather than hours.

Submitting to the Egyptian Tax Authority is not a setting. It needs an eSeal certificate on a token, a local signing service, every product and unit mapped to an ETA code, a registered till per device, and the right tag on your taxpayer profile — and a rejected document that nobody sees is a compliance problem that surfaces months later.
Invoices and receipts are signed, submitted and accepted, with the Authority’s response stored against the document in Odoo and a rejection visible and resubmittable rather than silent.

No. It is issued to you, it stays on your token and your host, and we never take a copy. A signing certificate in a supplier’s hands is a risk you should not accept from anyone, including us.
The rejection and its reason are stored against the document in Odoo, so somebody can see it and resubmit. The failure we design against is a rejection nobody notices.
