The work behind the price
The floor assumes exports that are complete and machine-readable for one property, one channel and one month. File quality is the variable, which is why we look at a sample before accepting the scope rather than after.
An estimate of the work, not a cap and not a guarantee that any particular problem is solvable inside it.
The channel says it paid you. The bank shows a different number. Somewhere in between are commission, a card fee, two cancellations, a refund processed in the following month and a booking that was modified after check-in — and reconciling it by hand takes a day nobody has.
A worked reconciliation: what matched, what did not, and what each difference actually is. You can see which gaps are explained by fees and timing, and which are genuinely unexplained and worth chasing.
Separate from the list above, which is what you supply before it starts. A missing prerequisite stops the work beginning; a missing one of these stalls it halfway, which is the one that turns a fixed price into an argument.
This is work rather than software. Nothing here requires you to buy one of our modules, and if one would genuinely help we will say so and you can decide separately.
Not as a starting assumption. Direct API access depends on eligibility that would have to be verified for your specific account, and we are not going to promise it before we have. The first engagement works from exports you already generate, which is also the fastest way to find out whether the data is good enough for anything more automated.
Not necessarily, and we will not say it does. It means the evidence in front of us does not account for it. Some resolve as soon as somebody remembers a manual adjustment. The value is knowing which ones are worth your time.
Then we say so at the sample stage and you pay nothing. It happens, and it is better found in ten minutes than after a scope is agreed.
Start with one month. If the format is consistent, further months are substantially cheaper because the rules are already built — and if it is not consistent, you will be glad you found out on one month rather than twelve.
