Every released version, what changed in it, and the date it went out. This page is generated from the module’s own changelog, which is the same file shipped inside technovision_avaya_smdr and rendered on its Odoo Apps Store listing.
Eight screenshots on the Apps Store listing, captured from a running Odoo 18 instance: the call list with missed calls in red, a matched call, the missed queue, pivot and graph, the endpoint with its masked token, extension mapping and the request log.
Documentation shipped with the module — installation, configuration, user guide, FAQ, troubleshooting and security.
18.0.1.0.0
Notes
First release.
Added
Inbound, outbound, internal and missed calls from Avaya IP Office SMDR.
A standalone listener with a SQLite spool as the durability boundary: a record is written the moment it is parsed and removed only once Odoo confirms it is stored, so an Odoo outage, upgrade or restart costs delay and nothing else. Docker, systemd, an installer and a health-check command are included.
Contact and opportunity matching by trailing digits, tolerant of country codes and trunk prefixes, with a configurable digit count that refuses values below six.
Extension to Odoo user mapping, with hunt-group awareness.
Missed-call activities, and optional lead creation for unrecognised callers. Both suppressed for hunt groups, which emit one record per leg.
List, form, pivot and graph views with filters and group-by.
Duplicate prevention enforced by a database constraint rather than application logic, because the listener retries by design and repeats are routine.
Webhook authentication: a 32-byte token compared in constant time, rotation with a grace period, an IP allowlist, a rate limit, and a payload cap checked from Content-Length before the body is read.
A wrong token and a blocked IP both answer 401, so a probe cannot tell them apart.
Raw SMDR record retained for diagnostics, restricted to technical administrators.
Endpoint health indicator and a full webhook request audit log.
Retention policy with separate archive and delete windows, both off by default.
Multi-company record rules throughout.
132 automated tests.
Deliberately not included
Call recordings. This module logs call metadata from SMDR.
Any dialled number in a log file, at any level. Numbers live in the database, where access control applies.
Automatic deletion by default. A call log is evidence; destroying it on a timer is a choice, not an inheritance.
TLS in the listener. Odoo goes behind HTTPS; tunnel the SMDR leg if it is not on a trusted network.
