Odoo prints product labels in four fixed layouts that fit the stationery its authors had. A layout two millimetres out ruins every sheet it touches, and you discover it after the box is open. Describe the paper you actually have.

What it does
A4 or Letter with any grid, or a continuous roll on a page the exact size of the label. Columns, rows, margins and gaps in millimetres.
A grid that cannot physically fit is rejected when you save it, not when a hundred labels come out wrong.
Feed a part-used sheet back through the printer instead of throwing it away.
Name, internal reference, variant attributes, price, company, barcode and a fixed line - each on or off, each with its own font size.
EAN-13, Code 128, QR, or automatic - EAN-13 only when the code genuinely is thirteen valid digits, Code 128 otherwise.
Trade labels and retail labels are two templates, not two spreadsheets.
One button fills a page with a real product so you can hold it against your labels before trusting a layout.
A4 at 24, 14 and 48 per sheet, Letter at 30, and rolls at 57 x 32 mm and 100 x 50 mm. All editable.
Select products in any list and choose Print Labels from the action menu.

Hold it against your own labels first - stationery of the same nominal size varies between manufacturers.
Select products anywhere in Odoo and choose Print Labels.
