The challenge
Production orders lived in three spreadsheets maintained by different people. Nobody on the floor could see the current queue, and the office could not answer a delivery-date question without a phone call. Placeholder narrative — to be replaced with the approved client account.
The solution
A scheduling service owning the queue as a first-class domain object, reading demand from Odoo and publishing planned versus actual back to it. A shop-floor view designed for a tablet on a wall, and barcode traceability from raw material to dispatch.
