We have not put a number on the work, because it depends on your environment and a guess would be wrong in one direction or the other.
What it covers
- ETA e-Invoice and e-Receipt licences — bought into your own Odoo account
- Remote installation of both on your instance
- eSeal certificate and local signing service set up and verified against the Authority
- Product, unit and tax code mappings completed for your catalogue
- Till registration per device for e-Receipt, and the B2C tag confirmed on your profile
- Submissions tested in the Authority preproduction environment before production
- Rejection handling walked through, so a failed submission is fixed rather than ignored
- A written handover covering what you must renew, and when
- 30 days of support after handover
What you need to have ready
- An ETA taxpayer account in your own name, with the relevant tags enabled
- A valid eSeal certificate on a token, held by you — we never hold your signing certificate
- A Windows host that can run the signing service, reachable from Odoo
- Somebody who can decide the ETA code for a product when it is ambiguous
- Odoo 18.0, Community or Enterprise
What it does not cover
- The eSeal certificate itself, or its cost — it is issued to you and held by you
- Your ETA registration, or anything that needs you to be the taxpayer
- Tax advice. We make the submission work; what to submit is between you and your accountant
- Back-dated submission of documents already issued outside Odoo
- The Windows host the signing service runs on, or its licensing
- Prices exclude any tax that applies where you are. We will tell you before you pay if any is due.
- Module licences are bought from the Odoo Apps Store into your own account, so you own them outright and keep them whatever happens to this engagement.
- Why this is quoted rather than listed: The price depends on your environment, and the difference is large enough that a fixed figure would be dishonest. Whether your taxpayer profile already carries the B2C tag, whether an eSeal certificate exists and is in date, how many product, unit and tax codes have to be mapped to ETA codes, and how many till devices you register each change the work substantially. We ask about those first, then quote a fixed price.
