1. Grant
A TechnoVision product licence is granted per instance, for the term purchased, to the licensed organisation and its group companies where a multi-company arrangement is agreed.
2. Maintenance and updates
An active licence includes updates within the licensed major version, security fixes and support from the engineers who maintain the product.
3. Restrictions
The software may not be resold, sublicensed or redistributed outside the licensed organisation. Extending it for internal use is permitted; extensions are not covered by support unless separately agreed.
4. Data
Products run entirely inside the licensee systems. No product data is transmitted to TechnoVision, and no telemetry is collected.
