Every released version, what changed in it, and the date it went out. This page is generated from the module’s own changelog, which is the same file shipped inside hr_document_expiry and rendered on its Odoo Apps Store listing.
Launch price: $29 to $19. The catalogue has no reviews yet, and an unknown vendor's price is the first objection a buyer has to get past. This is a deliberate, reversible move to buy the first sales and the first reviews, not a permanent valuation of the module. It is reviewed once there are five reviews across the catalogue, or at the end of 2026, whichever comes first.

Changed
The store listing now shows the product. 4 screenshots taken from a running Odoo 18, each captioned with what it shows. Until now the listing had a banner and an icon, and a buyer had no way to see the software before paying for it.

Notes
First public release.
Added
hr.document.type — a catalogue of document kinds, each carrying its own first and second reminder lead time, a mandatory flag, and a never-expires flag.
hr.employee.document — the documents themselves, with issue and expiry dates, number, issuing country, place of issue, attachments, a responsible user, chatter and activities.
A stored, indexed status (Valid / Expiring Soon / Expired / No Expiry) and days left, so both can be searched, grouped and filtered.
A daily scheduled action that recomputes statuses and sends due reminders, once each, remembering what it has already sent.
Reminders as Odoo activities for the responsible person, plus an optional email through a shipped mail template.
Automatic reset of both reminder flags whenever the expiry date changes.
A warning banner and a Documents stat button on the employee form.
Eight ready-to-use document types with lead times drawn from how long each renewal genuinely takes.
List, form, kanban, search and pivot views; an Expiring & Expired menu that opens straight onto what needs action.
A settings page with the two options and live counters.
Two security groups, ACLs, and record rules restricting ordinary users to their own documents and those of their direct reports.
Multi-company support throughout.
Missing-document reporting: mandatory types show a Missing count and a drill-down to the employees who hold no such document at all.
