At a certain size Odoo stops being the system and becomes one of them. Identity lives in Entra, reporting lives in Power BI, documents live in SharePoint, and the interesting engineering is at the joins.
The business problem
Each system is fine on its own. Together they need one identity, one version of a number, and one place to find a document.
The failure mode is a set of point-to-point scripts nobody owns, each with its own copy of a credential.
What we build
Single sign-on and group mapping, so leaving the company removes access everywhere at once.
A governed data path out of Odoo, refreshed on a schedule, with the numbers agreeing.
Attachments where the rest of the business already looks for them.
Monitoring, alerting and a runbook for the joins - because that is where it breaks.
Reference architecture
Boring on purpose: one API surface, one source of truth per concept, integrations at the edge, and an audit trail from day one. Diagrams are produced per project and included in the handover pack.

Connectors are on the roadmap and are being built in the order it states. Until one ships, this is an engagement rather than a licence, and the roadmap says so.
A short paid discovery: we map the process, agree the architecture and produce a scoped plan you own regardless of who builds it.
